اگر رقصیدن را نیاموخته‌اید یا جرات آن را ندارید،
اگر بازی و تفریح در برنامه‌ی شما نیست،
اگر شنا نمی‌کنید،
اگر طولانی‌ترین مسافرت‌های شما، تا منزل خواهر و مادرتان است،
اگر هر روز و هر شب، چند قسمت سریال می‌بینید،
اگر هنوز نمی‌توانید روزی ده صفحه کتاب بخوانید،
اگر نمی‌توانید روش زندگی‌تان را مثل همان‌هایی کنید که مدام از آنها مثال می‌زنید، و حسرت‌شان را می‌خورید،
شما یک بازنده محسوب می‌شوید.
اگر نمی‌توانید یک روز از وقت‌تان را برای دیدن دریاچه‌ای در ۵۰ کیلومتری شهرتان آزاد کنید،
یا غروب آفتاب را در دشت و کویر ۲۰ کیلومتری‌تان تماشا کنید،
